Le Beck International are a leading specialist security and risk management consultancy based in Bahrain, and stationed throughout the Middle East, North Africa, South East Asia and Europe. CEO and Founder, Anthony Tesar, is a former Special Forces and Bomb Disposal Officer with the British Army.

The Challenge

To create a variety of branded assets that reflect the firms deep expertise, experience, and professionalism in this highly specialist field. These included the design of their company profile, website development, templated pitch decks and security briefings, and the product launch of their 'MENAlert' security application for smartphones.

The Approach

I began by conducting extensive research into Le Beck's target audience, competitors, and industry trends within the client's various regions of operation. In addition, I also carried out an audit to assess Le Beck's brand identity and highlight areas to use as the pillars of the new aesthetic style. The client felt it was vital for Le Beck to maintain their premium aesthetic style in all public-facing touch-points to represent the quality of service they provide and the calibre of clients they work with. They also wanted to achieve a highly distinctive yetbslightly mysterious market position in their identity as this reflects the manor in which they deliver their security services.

Using a limited colour palette of blues and greys to convey trust, stability and professionalism, a carefully selected bank of photography, and two modern and bold typefaces which added a sense of strength and confidence to the identity, I was able to achieve the results that the client was looking for. This visual style was then applied to all of Le Beck's existing branded collateral, website and digital communication channels, and has set the benchmark for their identity moving forward.

Le Beck have been delighted with the creative work provided, and I have continued to work with them as a regular client as they expand their operation into new regions around the world.
